The primary objective of supply chain management (SCM) is to fulfill customer demands through the most efficient use of resources, including distribution capacity, inventory and labor.

Spiral supports the optimization of the supply chain in so far as to receive demand data from the customer’s floor, procure, inventory, receive, and distribute it to the point-of-use (POU) on the floor. 

Spiral follows-up on purchase orders providing decision making information to our customers through reporting and metrics as well as ensuring increased on-time delivery throughout the supply chain.

We work with customer suppliers in a professional and effective manner in order to provide the uninterrupted flow of information and materials.  Our goal is to maximize the efficiency of the distribution side of business.

Spiral accomplishes this by:
- Providing Ship-to-line services managing our customers’ shop floor bins.
- Managing  inventory on behalf of the supplier and perform billing and collection services.
- Performing inventory management and carrying out activities on behalf of the customer.
- Interfacing with customer supply chain management and ERP systems.
